The Project Web Designer is the chief technology person on the team. He or she is responsible for creating the web pages which house the 20 item cultural literacy dictionary. The Web Designer must have the technical know-how to create a working online dictionary, ensuring that the dictionary is easy to navigate, that all links work, and that the site is attractively designed (issues such as use of color, graphics, spacing of text, etc.). The Web Designer will work closely with the Project Researcher to obtain the content which the online dictionary will contain. The Web Designer will house the HTML files either on his/her server or by sending the files to the instructor.
